Maven Issued Letter of Intent for BNA Concourse D & Terminal Wings Project

Maven is very pleased to receive a Letter of Intent from Hensel Phelps for the BNA Concourse D & Terminal Wings project for Interior Framing and Drywall at the Nashville International Airport. An award in the amount of $3,080,700.00 will be forthcoming. We are excited about our partnership with the Hensel Phelps project team and look forward to continued work with James W. Harper LEED AP, Adam Merritt Sr. Project Manager, Kyle Orlando, Project Engineer, Jason Goetz, Lead Estimator and Brandon Kell, Office Engineer.

By 2041, the population of the Greater Nashville Area is expected to surpass 2.5 million people, and BNA passenger traffic will grow from 14 million today to more than 23 million. BNA Vision is the airport’s comprehensive plan to meet the needs of this record-setting growth and maintain the customer-friendly character unique to our region.

The Concourse D and terminal wings expansion project will revive and expand BNA’s fourth concourse, as well as enlarge the existing Ticketing Lobby and Baggage Claim areas and build a new Central Utility Plant for the airport.

The new Concourse D will feature 115,000 square feet of space with six domestic aircraft gates, dining and retail options and a central utilities plant. Additionally, as part of this project, 80,000 square feet of new space will be added to the north and south ends of the terminal, which will expand the Ticketing Lobby and add four baggage claim carousels.
