Maven Puts Down Roots In Jacksonville, Florida

Maven Construction & Environmental, LLC expanded again in May, this time to a larger office just off of I-295 and Old St. Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL at 4268 Oldfield Crossing Drive; the new location offers ready access to both NAS Jacksonville and NS Mayport, as well as a launching point for operations throughout the southeast region of the United States.

“For the last five years, we’ve had a concentration of projects in the southeast region, and we rented office and warehouse space in order to maintain our presence. However, the workload has been steadily increasing, and that drove our decision to purchase property rather than rent,” said Kathy Parsons, Maven’s Managing Member/CEO.  “We’re putting down roots here in Jacksonville – we’re here for the long haul to better serve our clients.”

Maven’s design for the building renovation created 15 offices as well as a large conference room and additional meeting spaces within a total of more than 6,000 square feet.  The meeting spaces and offices feature state-of-the-art connectivity and networking for maximum efficiency.  LED lighting is used throughout the building, which provides high quality lighting with excellent energy savings.

“Maven self-performed the majority of the renovation,” said Parsons.  “I was very pleased with how the design and construction came together.  Now that we’ve moved in, I’m even more pleased – we have an efficient space to accommodate Maven’s present needs, as well as projected future requirements.”

The move increases Maven’s operational capabilities providing renovation, new construction, design/build, and abatement services to Department of Defense, US Government, and Industrial clients, and directly supports their ongoing projects in the area.

With headquarters in Odon, Indiana, Maven Construction & Environmental, LLC has the capability to mobilize nationwide.  Maven is currently performing renovation and construction projects in Florida, Tennessee, Indiana, Georgia, and Puerto Rico.
