Design/Build Construct PEB Gymnasium

• Construct a new 7,900 SF Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) gymnasium at NSA Mid-South Millington, TN
• New gymnasium structure featured complete lighting and electrical system, 15-ton HVAC unit and ductwork, and life safety/fire suppression systems; 24 gauge standing seam metal roof; and an attached, covered connector to the existing fitness center on base
• Maven constructed the new gymnasium to accommodate basketball, volleyball, group Physical Readiness training, and other indoor physical activities
