Repair Windows and Paint Exterior

• Large-scale exterior renovation, an occupied historical building housing the NSA Crane Commander’s Office, under the Minor Construction Multiple Award Contract
• Refurbishment and repair of windows and repair/replacement and painting to the facility exterior including concrete walls, downspouts, window trim, fascia, and gutters
• project included approximately 100 windows to be repaired and refurbished, with a total of approximately 1,200 window panes, involving asbestos abatement and removal of lead-based paint
• Unpredictable weather and mission-critical nature of facility operations dictated development of a staffing plan in addition to Maven’s work sequencing plan that allowed us to supplement our labor force in order to take advantage of all possible opportunities to perform work as weather permitted
